R U OK? 2023 Fundraising

R U OK? Day is a cause very close to my heart.

On May 11th 2020, the day after Mothers' Day, my eldest son Logan took his life at just 14 years old. It’s been a life altering loss and not something I want any other parent to experience.

Each year, I have been proud to work with RUOK Day and fundraise in Logan's honour. 2022 saw me trek the Larapinta Trail in the NT with the RUOK Day team - a huge challenge for me, but as Logan loved to hike, it felt like a fitting way to honour him while raising much needed funds.

This year sees the return of the fan favourite 'Milo for Lohlow' macarons - a Macaron made with love and flavoured with Logan's favourite... Milo. $5 from each pack will be donated to RUOK Day.
